Travels, 2006 to 2019
A decade and a half on the move
Between 2006 and 2019, Carlos travelled extensively across Asia, Europe, and North America, a mix of family travel, competitions, and study abroad that took him to more than fifty cities across four continents: from school trips and academic competitions in the United States and the United Kingdom, to family holidays across Southeast Asia, Europe, and beyond. The itinerant years mirrored his education, which likewise spanned Hong Kong, Wales, and the United States, and left him with a lasting habit of viewing problems from more than one vantage point.
